Hi, I'm Lae Carvalho! A passionate wine lover, food enthusiast, and storyteller of all things beautiful, flavorful, and unforgettable!

My journey with wine began back in 2014 during an exchange program in Malta, and from that moment on, it became so much more than a passion, it became my profession and way of life.

I hold a post-graduate degree in Enology and Viticulture, a specialization in Luxury Hospitality Services, and I’m currently studying to become a certified sommelier.
I love exploring wineries, discovering new flavors, and immersing myself in the kind of hospitality that makes each place truly special.

Before diving fully into this incredible world, I worked as an architect but it was during the pandemic that I finally listened to my heart and turned my dream into reality.

For the past 7 years, Chile was my home, a place where I lived and breathed amazing wines every single day. And now, a new chapter begins in Canada.

I'm excited to keep sharing tips, stories, and discoveries that inspire people to create unforgettable moments around glasses and plates, wherever they are in the world.
